We’re offering half portion sizes of our Fully Seasoned and fresh Ready to Cook 11/15lb Turkeys, which serves 3-8 guests.
Our regular 11-15lb Fully Seasoned Turkeys are cut length-wise in half. This way you can enjoy white and dark meat, and you won’t have to worry about having so many leftovers. Your fresh half turkey will also cook in much less time than the whole bird!

Fresh, all-natural, antibiotic and hormone free, free-range turkeys and turkey breasts from either Schaul’s Gourmet Foods or from Ho-Ka Turkey Farm.

Traditional Turkey Gravy
Made with dripping and lightly seasoned. Your drippings can be added to our gravy to stretch the volume of our gravy or can be served by itself. Many customers use our gravy as a security back-up for their holiday leftovers or if their gravy does not work out as planned:

With poached pears, dried cranberries, slivered red onions, gorgonzola cheese, and candied pecans decorate this spring mesculin blend – all toppings and balsamic dressing are placed on the side to keep the salad crisp before putting together.
